Post:
This week, I will be focusing on the
concept of collaboration, and tie it in with my capabilities audit. I feel this
is fitting because one of the areas of weakness in my capabilities audit was
having a shared mindset, and I feel collaboration and mindset go hand-in-hand.
My question this week is what are some effective methods of collaboration in
order to enforce alignment for a shared mindset across an organization?
